• On-Site IT Support & Repairs: Same-day, 24/7 emergency dispatch, and scheduled technician visits for computers, networks, and hardware devices.
• Collective Tech Services: Website development, logo design, video editing, social media marketing, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

2. Service Appointments & Dispatch

When requesting an on-site technician or submitting a service ticket:

• Accurate Information: You must provide precise contact, location, and technical issue details to ensure proper technician matching and safety.
• Site Access: You agree to ensure that an adult (18 years or older) is present at the designated location for the duration of the service appointment.
• Diagnosis & Flat-Rate Quotes: Upon arrival, the technician will evaluate the issue and provide a flat-rate quote prior to performing repair work.

3. Pricing, Payments, & Billing

All prices for services, supplies, or digital packages are subject to agreement prior to job execution:

• Quotes: On-site repair quotes are provided after initial diagnosis on location.
• Payment Methods: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise specified in a separate corporate contract.
• Cancellations: Please notify dispatch as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a dispatched technician visit.

4. Client Responsibilities & Data Backup

Prior to any repair or hardware service, you are solely responsible for maintaining complete backups of all data, software, and files stored on your computers or devices. Fusion Tech USA LLC is not liable for data loss, corruption, or hardware failure occurring during diagnostic or repair procedures.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and code, is the property of Fusion Tech USA LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Deliverables created for clients under digital design contracts (such as logos and website builds) are transferred according to individual project agreement terms upon full payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fusion Tech USA LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our Site or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service rendered.

7. Governing Law
